Asscociate Professor of Chemistry

An-Xiang Yin

An-xiang Yin received his Bachelor and Ph.D degrees of Chemistry from Peking University in 2007 and 2012, respectively. He worked in Prof. Chun-hua Yan and Prof. Ya-wen Zhang's group for more than 7 years on controlld synthesis and optical/catalytic applications of metal & rare earth nanomaterials.

After that, he joined Prof. Xiangfeng Duan's group in UCLA as a postdoctoral researcher, working on optical/electrical device applications of hybrid nanomaterials.

In 2016, An-xiang Yin joined the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology. His main research interest focuses on novel functional nanomaterials for energy-conversion-related reactions and catalysis, from programmable synthesis, reaction mechanism to the exploration of potential applications of nanomaterials.
